Imagine a visiting Imperial officer attempting to understand hockey in Sunrise. The ice would require an explanation. The Panthers would require another. Eventually someone would hand him a schedule, and he might discover that not every unfamiliar encounter calls for a fleet deployment. Some simply call for an evening away from the command chair, preferably without a briefing about quarterly Death Star construction targets.
